Orders placed Monday through Friday ship the same day or the following business day, provided items are in stock. Orders placed over weekends or holidays ship on the next available business day. 

Custom orders ship within 24 hours of arrival at the warehouse from distributors. Shipping times vary based on the selected method or service. 

Postal tracking information may not always be accurate, and delivery times are not guaranteed by carriers. All merchandise is securely packaged to support safe transit and timely delivery. Standard shipping rates apply. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional charges. If an item is unavailable, customers will be notified by email and may choose to keep the order open. Such orders are classified as back orders. An estimated arrival date will be provided, though it is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for notifying hbscootersparts.com of any changes to their shipping address or payment method.

Back orders older than 90 days are automatically cancelled.
